Viewpoints workshop with Lungs director Jess K Smith

Open to the public - suggested donation 10$
Free to UAA students.
A workshop for directors, actors, and theatre-makers of all kinds in which we’ll utilize Anne Bogart and Tina Landau’s Viewpoints as tools for unlocking and activating scene work. By bringing an awareness toward tempo, shape, gesture, and spatial relationship, we’ll explore the ways to make the action of a scene visible to an audience while simultaneously experimenting with both naturalistic and expressive styles of staging.
